Registration Deadline is Friday, November 7, 2025, by 5 p.m.

HARNETT COUNTY 4-H ENTRY INFO

  • Who Can Enter:  Registered Harnett County 4-H members only.
  • Submission: Nov 14, 10 a.m.–12 p.m. at 455 McKinney Parkway, Lillington, NC 

  • Entry tags in hallway outside large meeting rooms

  • Display & Pickup: Displayed on Ag Day, Nov 15 

  • Pick up Nov 15 at 2:00 p.m.; items left after 2:30 p.m. discarded

  • Age Divisions & Ribbons: Cloverbud (ages 5–7): Cloverbud ribbon 

  • Junior & Senior: 1st–3rd place ribbons

  • Entry Rules:

    • One entry per class per exhibitor

    • Must be made by current 4-H members

    • Same item cannot be entered by multiple participants

    • Dates on items: Nov 1, 2024 – Oct 31, 2025

    • Max size ~10×13 in (foldable items may vary)

    • No controversial content (cruelty, weapons, sexual, or political)

  • Judging:

    • Points guide ribbons but not the sole factor

    • Coordinator decisions are final

    • Coordinator may reclassify entries if needed

  • Liability: 4-H, Cooperative Extension, and volunteers not responsible for lost/damaged items

  • Questions: Contact the contest coordinator before submitting if unsure of class
