Mobile Poultry Processing Equipment: for Harnett and surrounding counties.
Featherman pro equipment set up with a manual dunker. There are also coolers, a table as well as hoses. Featherman Set-up Special Bundled Kits
All of the equipment is stored in an enclosed trailer and has to be pulled out of the trailer for set up. There is a ramp on the back of the trailer that makes unloading and loading easier.
You will need a 2 inch ball trailer hitch and standard trailer light hook ups to use the trailer. We will need a copy of your driver's license. The equipment rents for $40 for a 3 day rental. The equipment is available for pick up on Fridays with return on Monday or pick up on Tuesday with return on Thursdays. You will have to supply the propane and knives. Just schedule the days that you need it with us and we will reserve the equipment for you. All we will need for the reservation is your cell phone number.
It can take up to 2 hours for the water in the scalder to heat when using the large gas scalder. Please allow time for that to take place as it should and please do not tamper with the equipment.
